Wisconsin Senior Olympics
Several of our members participated in the WI Sr. Olympics Aug 23-24 in Middleton, they had a very successful weekend as they all qualified to participate in the National Senior Games in Minneapolis next July 10-15, 2015. The results are as follows:
55-60 age bracket: Gary Miller and Mike Wissen (from the Madison area) took all 6 games and received the Gold medal.
70-75 age bracket: Gene Bohman and Harold Kislewski did a great job and finished in 4th place.
75-80 age bracket: Bill Mondloch and Don Davis fought hard and finished in 1st place
Mixed Doubles: Gary Miller and Paula Fochesato (from MI) took 2nd place.
As you can see, they all came home with great wins and all are eligible to play in MN next year.
Several of us from the club went to cheer them on and had great courtside seats.
